cannot uninstall mozilla firefox windows vista

Since I have a paid version of ZA (actually, more than one paid copy!), I will report this issue to ZA.

I installed Online-Armor for my firewall and haven't had a problem with FF since (been over 3 weeks now). Shutting down ZA didn't solve my issue, ONLY uninstalling worked. I reported upthread that, after trying numerous tweaks/fixes with addons, Vista settings, etc., the only way I could solve the problem was to uninstall ZA (Security Suite version).

I was experiencing same issue-couldn't close FF through Task Manager. From the list of currently installed programs, select Mozilla Firefox. In the Control Panel window, click the Uninstall a program link under the Programs section. But does this mean that ZA pro or suite users are not facing this issue ? Has anyone who paid for ZA reported ? Click the Windows Start button or press the Windows key. For basic users (like me) it's not possible, as far as I know.

I have gone to their problem reporting page and they need a license code which is possible with ZA pro or suite. Unfortunately, it seems only the paid users can report this problem to ZA.
